The logo/image of Sahu Agencies on the home page of the website & other pages and as used in the communication to the User is registered by Sahu Agencies and cannot be used or communicated or distributed without the specific and written permission of the company.

Charges
Registration on this Website is free. There is no charge or fee for browsing and buying products on the Website. However, we reserve the right to charge fee and change the policies from time to time. Suspension due to Non-Compliance with Agreement
Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available to Sahu Agencies, it may in its sole discretion limit customer activity by immediately removing customer listing either temporarily or indefinitely or suspend or terminate user membership, and/or refuse to provide user with access to the site, if the user is in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement and/or in the terms and conditions of usage of Sahu Agencies; the user has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information; the user attempts to defraud sahu agencies by using the functionalities on the website; the users actions may cause any harm, damage or loss to the other users ofSahu Agencies; illegal and/or unauthorized use of the service, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the sahu agencies site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
End User Conduct

Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the Selling Price/ Sahu AgenciesSelling Price/MRPdisplayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested/offered by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The final price that will be applicable to a user for purchase and payment will be as per the price that is displayed in the shopping cart of the customer, which can be inclusive or exclusive of any other charges in terms of the usage of the website.
Payment Terms
The customer shall be entitled to use his/her valid credit/debit and/ or any other payment cards, online banking facility to make payment against any transaction being affected atwww.sahuagencies.com. The customer shall be bound to use his/her own credit/debit and/ or any other payment cards, online banking accounts to make any payment. User undertakes and confirms that he/she would furnish correct, complete and accurate detail of credit/debit and/ or any other payment cards, online banking accounts and shall be solely responsible for any cost, expense, loss and/or damage which the user may suffer due to furnishing of wrong detail/ information relating to his/her credit/debit and/ or any other payment cards or online banking accounts.
User expressly agrees and declares that the company shall not be liable for the loss of any nature whatsoever including without limitation indirect, consequential, special and/ or incidental to the User arising, directly or indirectly, out of decline of authorization for any transaction, resulting from the user exceeding his/ her pre-set permissible payment limit under the credit/debit and/ or any other payment cards and/ or online banking accounts.
The company confirms that the details provided by user in this regard shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party except to the extent required under the rules of any stock exchange and/or by applicable laws, regulations and/or processes of any government authority and/or in connection with any judicial process regarding any legal action, suit and/or proceeding arising out of and/or relating to this Agreement.
Further, the company actively reports and prosecutes actual and suspected credit/ debit/ cash card fraud. The company may require further authorization from user, such as a telephone confirmation of user’s order and/or other information. The company’s decision to require further authorization is at the company’s sole discretion. The company reserves the right to cancel, delay, refuse to deliver, or recall from the carrier any order if fraud is suspected.
The company captures certain information during the order process, including time, date, IP address, and other information that will be used to locate and identify individuals committing fraud. If an order is suspected to be fraudulent, all records will be submitted with or without a subpoena to all law enforcement agencies and to the credit/ debit/ cash card company for fraud investigation. The company will cooperate with authorities to prosecute offenders to the full extent of the law. The company shall take all reasonable precautions to protect the information provided by the user. However, it is expressly provided and accepted by the user that the company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any third-party action which results in the information provided by the user being exposed and/or misused by such third party who accessed such information without any authorization from the company.

Cancellation of order
Sahu agencies reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where www.sahuagencies.comin is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the policy or for any other reason. However, the website will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Also, if your order is cancelled and your UPI/Wallet/Credit/Debit card has been charged, the said amount will be credited back in your respective mode of payment within 3-4 business days.
Risk of loss
All items purchased on the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer is upon our delivery to the carrier.

DOA Policy
For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the OEM’s Authorised Service Centre, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service centre and bring the unit to the authorized service centre at purchaser’s cost and risk.
In case any customer is facing the problem for any kind of service from OEM’s side, then feel free to contact our customer service department who will coordinate with the OEM from customer’s side and resolve the issue.
Jurisdictional Issues/Sale
Unless otherwise specified, the material on the website is presented solely for the purpose of sale in Lucknow and neighbouring districts. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own responsibility and we are not responsible for the supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations.

Method of Payment
Presently there are multiple mode of payment methods available with www.sahuagencies.comsuch as Wallets, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net banking only. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Wallet/UPI/Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential and our secure online payment gateways use Secure server technology to protect your Card information. We accept all RuPay, VISA & MasterCard. Only Indian cards are accepted as international cards would not be supported. You will have to enter your 16-digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3-digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.
COD
As a security measure due to Covid Restrictions COD is currently not available.
Pricing
All offer prices on www.sahuagencies.com are all inclusive; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.
Orders
After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of non-delivery occurred due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), Sahu Agencies would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.
Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
Demonstration & Installation
Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to contact our customer care at 0522-4040100 or email us on sales@sahuagencies.comin and we will be happy to assist. After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 48 of delivery. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basisInstallation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service center/franchisee. For the Air conditioners standard installation charges will apply.
These items of work are excluded from the scope of work for Split A/c Installation: Supply and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, All the masonry work, dismantling, if earlier Split A/c is present.
For other, products, standard installation will be provided as per company norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of product, the installation would happen after minimum 48 hours of delivery. We would request you to kindly contact our customer care for more info.
Returns & Refunds
We make every effort to service the orders placed with us, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. We request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on 0522-4040100 or email us on sales@sahuagencies. After acceptance of delivery of the product, we will not entertain any returns or refund request.
Refund will be done within 7-15 working days from the date of request of refund. The below product categories are marked as “non-returnable” unless the package received is verified as Defective or Damaged.
All items to be returned must be in their original condition along with the following:
Original Order Invoice
Original packaging with labels, user manuals and warranty card
Serial Number/IMEI of the product being returned should match our system
Any accessories/components, combo or bundle products or freebies you received with the purchase
For Wrong product/colour, incorrect description and missing accessories, the product should be unused
For “Defective on Arrival” of installable products, returns will be accepted only if the product was installed by authorized service engineers
Returns will not be accepted if any of the installable products is unboxed and or installed by customer himself or by anyone other than authorized service engineers. Any damages or defects for such products will not be accepted.
After sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirement, kindly contact us on the above-mentioned details for the same.
For any product/service available on sale on www.sahuagencies.comin, the company does not assume any liability. At present our website, www.sahuagencies.com is only for the online business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in Lucknow.
